Bob & Janice
In 1991, Janice took a leap of faith & opened her own flooring store, drive by her passion to serve others. As a mom of twin sons, she balanced the demands of raising her sons with the challenges of running a new business. Her vision was to give her customers the best quality & service possible with competitive prices.
In 1995 Bob came to Castle to work as an installer and quickly became an asset to the company with his knowledge & expert installation. In 2002 Bob became an official part of Castle's staff, he was exactly what was needed for estimating & overseeing jobs. Bob & Janice partnered together with their commitment to their customer's & hard work ethic they built a thriving business known for its quality & excellent customer service.
Evan
With over a decade of experience since 2010, Evan brings a unique mix of expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to all facets of his work. He shines in guiding customers to discover the ideal flooring options, managing day-to-day operations with a personalized approach. Evan's priorities lie in delivering excellent service, developing a skilled team, and guaranteeing customer contentment through effective organization, communication, and staying abreast of the latest trends. Beyond work, he actively engages with his community, dedicating his time and resources to local initiatives and backing fellow small businesses.
Ryan
Since 2015, Ryan has combined precision, expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction in every project he handles. With many years of experience in the flooring industry, Ryan specializes in the critical first step of any flooring installation–accurate measurements. With an eye for detail and deep understanding of various flooring materials to ensure that every measurement is exact, laying the foundation for a flawless installation. Ryan's deep knowledge of flooring & materials, set him apart in a competitive industry.
Renee
Specializing in window treatments, Renee is skilled in designing and selecting a variety of coverings that balance both functionality and aesthetics. She is well-versed in different styles and materials, allowing her to provide tailored solutions for privacy, light control, energy efficiency, and decorative purposes. With a keen eye for detail, Renee transforms windows into striking focal points that enhance any space. In addition to her work with window treatments, she also assists customers through the flooring selection process, ensuring they find options that align with their design preferences and lifestyle. Renee stays informed about the latest trends and products in the industry.

Out of Darkness Walk
We sponsor & participate every year since 2016 in the "Out of Darkness" walk in our community to honor our nephew Kyle who died from suicide. We have a " Team Kyle" we walk to honor him & to raise awareness with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) they have amazing resources to help people. (The walk this year is in Oct 5)
